We’re often asked what the CAMPER crew eat while they are at sea and how they cook their meals. It will be no surprise that with only a basic galley and weight at a premium there is little room for gourmet cuisine, and the focus is more on meeting nutritional requirements than taste concerns.

Some of the crew rave about the freeze dried meals and can’t get enough, while others are somewhat less enthusiastic but for everybody aboard it’s the fuel that keeps them going during those long days at sea.
